When talking about the sales team at the Meusburger Group, we’re not just talking about the many field sales representatives, who daily are personally in touch with the customers all over the world. Behind them is a big team − from sales management to the internal sales department − who together with the field sales representatives look after customers in the best possible way.

In order to offer the best service for the 20,000 customers around the world on a daily basis, the Meusburger Group has a large team at work − from sales management and the internal sales department through to the regional and area sales managers and also the application engineers in field sales.

BEST SERVICE GUARANTEED

In order to discuss important topics and current trends in the industry, analyse the previous months and plan future projects, the sales management at Meusburger meets regularly to coordinate. After these meetings, the topics discussed are then jointly implemented.

The area sales managers are in direct contact with the sales managers and application engineers. Through the processes regulated by our CRM system, we make sure that no information is lost and the customers are looked after in the best possible way from all sides.

ACTIVE ALL OVER THE WORLD

As well as competent, professional advice and support, at Meusburger we also value maintaining our relationships with our customers. It is important, among other things, to know and understand the circumstances of each individual country and region. This is why as well as the area sales managers and sales managers, members of sales management also regularly travel to the countries and regions that they look after.

Through the regular exchange within the Meusburger team as well as personal contact with our customers, we make sure that each individual customer is looked after in the best way possible.

During visits in Wolfurt customers also get an exciting look at production.
